The background of this card is made using a spritzer filled with water and some drops of Distress Re-inker by Tim Holtz in Fired Brick and a 'pinch' of Gold Lustre pearl powder from Blonde Moments. The flowers are stamped in Black Soot Distress Ink Pad and topped with clear embossing powder. The embellishment is a sticker I have had in my stash for a while. I don't think the effect has photographed that well, but it looks quite stunning in real life!Saturday, March 29, 2008

Eiffel Jigsaw
The background papers for this card are from Basic Grey who make the most gorgeous papers. The stamp is from Putting on the Ritz and the jigsaw pieces were a bargain from Lakeland last year. The ink pad I used is by the fabulous Tim Holtz.Wednesday, March 26, 2008

Football Fan

Made this card for a colleague's husband who was 70 recently. I love the simplicity of the Papernation (or should I say Jollynation now?) stamps. The 70 is cut with my Cuttlebug and the Birthday is a section cut from Cuttlebug's embossing birthday folder.
