No! Not Christmas already...

I didn't intend to make Christmas cards so early, but I couldn't resist this stamp on a recent visit to Topaz. The stamp is from Funstamps and is designed by Lindsay Mason. I stamped the image in Stazon and 'coloured' it with Glossy Accents. The message, I think, is from Kanban.

Anyone any idea what's happened to the site. I have it on one of my start up pages and it's no longer there. I usually visit http://www.docrafts.co.uk/. Any info will be gratefully received!

Edit: Ok, the site is now available - a problem with their provider apparently.

I have an award

I have an award. Thank you to the fab Mand for the award. The real tough bit now is choosing who else to award it to cos I visit so many fab blogs each week. Firstly I am going to award it to Paula Pascal who I met recently and is awesome with the Cuttlebug. Secondly to Katharina whose blog has such amazing inspiration.

B&W Eiffel

Eiffel Tower stamp from Putting on the Ritz. Flowers cut with various punches, stamped and dry embossed. The text background stamp is, I think, from Hero Arts - I used the masking technique for it. Ribbon from a box of Hotel Chocolat!

Elzy Footballer

The image is from Elzybells. Coloured him in using Distress Ink Pads (link in an earlier post below). Background stripy paper (and shorts) are from Papermania, not sure where the spotty paper is from though.

Maggie's Back

I just can't help myself going back to these gorgeous Sugar Nellie stamps. The card was made for a challenge over on Do Crafts.

New York New York

The New York picture is by Tim Holtz, as is the postcard snippet. The background paper is from HOTP. Stamped image by Putting on the Ritz. I inked the background to the car with Distress Ink and then embossed the image on top of it about 3 times. Because some of the powder stuck to other parts of the car it has given a dotty effect which I quite like. Overall I am really pleased with this card - I like its vintage look.

Jigsaw Embossing

The car image is from Putting on the Ritz. I have triple embossed the jigsaw pieces and stamped them with bits of the car image.

Elzybells Footi

I love this image - it's so crisp. The stamp is from Elzybells. Not many additions to this card, but sometimes I like the 'less is more' theme.

This seagul stamp was part of a set from Paper Artsy - reduced to £3.50 from around £9. I like a bargain. Papers by HOTP.

Made this card and thought I'd enter it for the Cute Card Thursday challenge 22. Stamp from Elzybells. Cup brads (aren't they just gorgeous?) from HOTP. Ribbon by Papermania. The flower is home made!

The colours of this card are just me - I adore the blues and lilacs. The papers are by DCWV. Vase is from Hero Arts and flower by Prima. (Bought new Prima stash this weekend - swoon!)
