Totally Gorjuss Challenge

This is my entry for Challenge 29 on Totally Gorjuss. Before you think I've gone bonkers, the theme is 'pink and green'. The stamp is from Sugar Nellie - Diane Duda - got it as part of the 'Goody Bag' for sale at just £10 on Funky Kits. Background papers are Core'dinations (embossed with Cuttlebug) and spotty paper is K&Co. The lacey edge is cut with a Martha Stewart punch.

Made this card for the Challenge over on Splitcoast Stamper's Sugar Nellie Forum. Background card is Core'dinations, with Cuttlebug numbers embossing. Stamp is, of course, a Sugar Nellie. I think (!) the patterned blue paper is DCWV.

Stubborn Gorjuss

I always think I'll remember what papers I have used then of course, I always forget! Cut my own banner template and then folded it over some string. 60th Birthday

I made this card for the husband of a friend who is 60 this week. The stamp is from Crafty Individuals and inked with Tim Holtz' distress ink pad. The 60 and embossing are made with Cuttlebug.

Yet another stamp from Sugar Nellie. This stamp is my current favourite. She is coloured with ProMarkers. Background papers were bargain finds at just 10p a sheet. Card Candy 'dots' are Craftwork Cards. Lace border is a Martha Stewart punch.

My Mind's Eye

This card is made from patterned My Mind's Eye papers and plain (embossed with Cuttlebug) Core'dinations. The pad of papers was a free gift in a craft magazine recently. I think these are my new favourite papers.

Background papers are from My Mind's Eye, layered with Core'dinations. The ticket is the fab Tim Holtz new die, stamped with a Hero Art's message. The image is from Funky Kits and is a Gorjuss Girl designed by Suzanne Woolcott.

Elzybells 16

Made this card for a colleague's son. The 16 is cut with George & Basic Shapes cart for Cricut. The stamp (coloured with ProMarkers) is from Elzybells.

Sugar in Distress

Thought I'd have a change and do some 'Sugar' distressing. I used a Gorjuss Girl girl and coloured her with Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pad. The background is created by 'wiping' the ink pads on a heatproof mat, spritzing with water and then 'smudging' the paper through it and heating to set it. The heart/swirl background stamp is from Hero Arts. Stamp from Funky Kits.
