Cute Card Thursday Challenge 107

This week's theme on Cute Card Thursday is 'mono'. This is my entry. Papers are from K & Co. Image is from Kerry and is coloured with ProMarkers.

Bargains

Here is a picture of the bargains I got at Topaz Crafts last week. A rough estimate is £130 worth of stuff for.....£10. The brads etc are from HOTP and, I think, were part of a Christmas TSV a while ago. I only wanted these bits so didn't buy the kit. Happy me!

Penny Black Bargain

I visited Topaz Crafts on Good Friday. They had a sale (more a give-away!). I got this stamp, and many others, for just £10. I will post a picture of my haul when I edit it. I've looked at this stamp so many times and almost paid full price. Glad I waited. Coloured with ProMarkers, added Stickles glitter and background papers are K & Co.

With Sympathy

Sadly had to make a Sympathy card for a friend this weekend. I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink pad with a Penny Black floral stamp. Backgroun embossed card is made using Cuttlebug.

Elzybells Challenge 37

This is my entry for Challenge 37 over on the Elzybells website. The theme is 'more than one fold'. The papers I have used are from Basic Grey. The image is, of course, from Elzybells.

ATC Alpha Swap - I for Icing

Struggled to think of a theme for 'I'. Decided on icing on the cupcake! Background of ATC is Whitewash Core'dinations with swirly Cuttlebug folder. The cake is a Dawn Bibby stamp. The patterned paper for the 'case' is from Basic Grey whilst the icing is more Whitewash core'dinations.

ProMarkers

Two cards I made this week colouring with ProMarkers. This stamp is one of my favourite (I once had an article in Craft Stamper using it!) The stamp is from Hampton Art Stamps.

Here's my card for Challenge 91 over on A Spoonful of Sugar. The theme is Spring. Papers are from Basic Grey. The border punch is a Martha Stewart. The stamp is from Sugar Nellie. Nellie is holding a flower which shouts out Spring! The tag is cut from A Walk in the Garden Cricut Cart.

Spoonful of Sugar Challenge No 89

Here's my entry for the latest challenge over on Spoonful of Sugar. The wonderful site dedicated to Sugar Nellie Stamps. Background papers are from Basic Grey, Hearts are cut from DCWV textured card and run through my Cuttlebug. Image is the fab Wish stamp by Leanne Ellis.

Handbag

A very simple card. The bag is from Quickutz - a bargain double die for £1.99 from Craft Superstore. I cut the bag from Core'dinations card. The sentiment is from HOTP.

Distress Inks

Used a heat proof sheet covered in various Distress Inks spritzed with water and smudged a piece of card through it. It gives a really nice effect. I stamped on top with Distress Inks and matted it onto a scalloped circle. The swirl stamp is from Crafty Individuals.

Hot Chocolate

Background papers are from Basic Grey. I used various edge punches on the layers. The scalloped circle is cut with my Cuttlebug and Nestibilities. The image is from The Glitter Pot. I paper pieced the cup on top of a stamped image so I still got the 'steam'. I used Glossy Accents on the cup and paper-pieced the heart. Leaves are cut with a Martha Stewart punch.

Cuppa

Fancy a steaming hot chocolate and marshmallows? This card features the best type - no calories! The stamp (cup) is from The Glitter Pot - a bargain 99p! The little gingerbread man is a button from my stash! Papers are from Basic Grey. The text stamp was a freebie on a recent Creativity magazine from DoCrafts.

Papermania

These papers and stamps are from Papermania. Plain cardstock used is Core'dinations and the ink is Tim Holtz Distress Ink. I distressed the edges with Tim's Distresser.

K & Co Squares

Cut some squares from K&Co papers and distressed the edges with the Tim Holtz distresser. Added various Prima flowers and leaves cut from a Martha Stewart punch. Gems are from Hobbycraft.

Flowery Music

Found this music paper amongst my stash and decided to add some Prima flowers. The Wishes stamp is from HOTP.

A Spoonful of Sugar

This is my entry for the Saturday Challenge here. I used Penny Black's baby hedgehog stamp and coloured it with ProMarkers. Used my fab new Martha Stewart punch for the leaves behind the large flower.

Yet another Gorjuss Girl from Sugar Nellie. Her dress is paper pieced with matching mat behind. Her wings are covered with Stickles glitter glue. The snowflake is a Cuttlebug die.

Sugar Sugar

Yet another card I made using my current favourite Gorjuss Girl stamp. I used Papermania acetate for the card (real strong acetate). Pink snowflake paper from my stash and Core'dinations run through the Cuttlebug. Flower is Prima and the gem brad was a bargain 20 for 50p recently at a Topaz Crafts sale.

Fairy

Christmas is over for another year, but I still have lots of Christmas Cards to share! The stamp is, of course, from Funky Kits and is a Sugar Nellie Gorjuss Girl. The text stamp is from Penny Black. Snowflake is a Jolee's, rescued from a previous year's Christmas card.

Snow Snow Snow

It's snowed here in Lancashire on and off since last Friday morning. Today the snow prevented us getting the car off our drive. We have between 4 and 5" of snow and our road is notoriously bad when the snow arrives. Looks pretty though!

Gorjuss Christmas

Made this card for my Mum this Christmas. The stamp is featured in a huge number of my cards this year. It's available from Funky Kits. Papers are Kars and flowers from Prima. The snowflake and embossing on the card are both Cuttlebug dies/folders.
