Snowy

Realised I needed to make extra Christmas cards today after I tidied all my seasonal crafting goodies away!  Managed to find my favourite snowman though!  He's coloured with ProMarkers (what did I do before I discovered ProMarkers?)  The background is made with my other crafting favourite, the Cuttlebug.  The snowman paper is a remnant left over from last year from Basic Grey.

I made ths card for the Allsorts Challenge - Free & Easy.  As I've only just finished my Christmas Cards, I chose Christmas as my theme!  I love this simple stamp from Elybells (no longer available).  Paper from Bo Bunny.

I'm Dreaming of a Pink Christmas

I love using the non-traditional colours for my Christmas cards.  This stamp is from Lili of the Valley (check our their latest releases - so gorgeous).  The snowflake paper is from Basic Grey (I need all of this set, and more!). The sentiment stamp is from Penny Black.  I coloured the snowman with ProMarkers and highlighted him with Stickles Glitter Glue.

Cute Card Thursday 138

Anything Goes is the theme for this week's Cute Card Thursday challenge.  I cut out a template using a Nestibilities die and shaded the middle of the card using Tim Holtz Distress Ink and a foam applicator.  The heart swirl stamp is from Hero Arts and the swirly butterfly is an Inkadinkadoo stamp.  The sentiment is from Elzybells.

Christmas Shopping

I made this card using a Lili of the Valley stamp.  I only used part of the stamp - I missed off the bit with the dog!  The sentiment tag is from Pink Gem.  The snowflakes are cut with an  X-Cut punch and the hot water bottle is from Elzybells.  The stamp is coloured with ProMarkers and the glitter is Stickles.

Alcohol Inks

18th Birthday


My younger son turned 18 yesterday.  We celebrated with a family meal at The Ocean Palace in Darwen, Lancashire.  This is one of the cards I made for his birthday.  The stamp is from Elzybells - I coloured one in a Blackburn Rovers kit and one in a Real Madrid kit - he supports both and has for almost all of his 18 years!  The 18 is cut with my Cricut's George cart.  Birthday background is embossed with a Cuttlebug folder.
