'Let's Go Dotty' was the offer from Lili of the Valley this week. Why not?! Here's my card for the challenge. Isn't this little girl just so cute. The dotty papers are from Papermania. Border punch is Martha Stewart. The embossing folder I used is Tim Holtz from Sizzix.
