A Spoonfull of Sugar Challenge 140

The theme on A Spoonful of Sugar this week is 'Birthday Wishes.  I thought this card fit the theme perfectly.  The stamp is from LOTV and is coloured with ProMarkers.  The punched edge is made with a Martha Stewart punch and the embossed card has been run through my Cuttlebug.
