18th Birthday

Here's the 18th birthday card I made for my nephew's girlfriend. Background papers are Crafty Individuals, 18 is White Core'dinations cut using my Cricut and embossed through the Cuttlebug.

Christmas in August!

Ok, I know it's early! I just couldn't resist this tree peel-off. Got it at the weekend demo at Dawn Bibby's Topaz Crafts. Tree is stuck on white card and coloured in with ProMarkers. Snowflake background is made with the fab Cuttlebug. The coloured beads are from Crafty Notions.

Last minute entry for the challenge over on Sketch Saturday. Background spotty paper is from Basic Grey, blue card is the fab Core'dinations. The footballer is a stamp from Elzybells.

ATC

This is my ATC for D in the alphabet swap I am part of. The stamp was the freebie on Craft Stamper. The text is a small part of a Crafty Individuals stamp. The inks I used are from Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pads. I dabbed some colours on a heat proof mat, spritzed with water and picked up the colour with my stamp. Gave a great effect.

Buttercups

It was gardening day today! While the grass was being cut I got a sudden urge to pick the Buttercups before they were devoured by the mower. They are sitting on the fireplace now, a great reminder of my childhood!
