Made this card for a friend's birthday. The image is from Do Crafts' Claire Curd. The papers used are DCWV and Core'dinations. The embossing was done with the help of my Cuttlebug.

Handbag 18

The is a handbag made at the request of a colleague. Not my usual kind of card as it is made from a pre-cut shaped bag from K & Co. It was pretty well receive though!

Made this card using my new Promarker colours. Background papers are Dazzle Core'dinations and white card embossed in the Cuttlebug. The stamp is from Elzybells - link below.

Poor Snowman

Experimented with this poor Woodware snowman. I feel so bad for chopping him up!

Made these cards with tree peel-offs. The peel-off is coloured with ProMarkers. The Winter Wishes sentiment is from a Woodware set.

Award from Lindsay Mason

Just realised I have a blog award from Lindsay Mason. I feel so honoured. I love Lindsay's work and she was the inspiration behind my recent inky backgrounds.

Gorjuss Girl Christmas

Made this card with a Gorjuss Girl stamp from Sugar Nellie. I added the santa hat for a festive version. The hat stamp is from Hero Arts. Background papers are from my stash, including Basic Grey.

Elzybells Christmas

Here's the fab Elzybells girl again. I coloured her with ProMarkers and added some Stickles glitter. The background pink card has been run through the Cuttlebug. Patterned paper is from my stash.

Non Christmas

Ok, so I have no inspiration today for Christmas cards. I adore this background stamp from Persaonal Impressions' Beryl Peter's range. I had my eye on this stamp for months at Topaz Crafts and managed to get it in a 50% off sale earlier this year. The trolley bus stamp is from, I think, Fun Stamps, but I can't just find it! The bus is coloured with ProMarkers. Images are stamped with Impress Black ink.

Elzybells

I just love this Elzybells stamp. I used it for last year's Christmas cards - do you think people will remember that? This year I have used paper piecing for her clothes.

Inky Snowman

The background on this card is made the same way as yesterday's post. I sorted out my Christmas stamps today ready for a mammoth crafting week. I added santa's sleigh to the 'moon'. The snowman stamp is from Penny Black. Inks used are Distress Inks from Tim Holtz.

Spooky Inks

I copied this technique from Lindsay Mason. The background is created by building up Tim Holtz Distress Inks using a foam applicator. I left a part of the background uninked to give the illusion of the moon. The gorgeous stamp was a freebie from Craft Stamper a few months ago, designed by Sugar Nellie stamps. I drew the branch freehand! For a first attempt, I am quite pleased.

Handbag

This handbag is made using DCWV papers. The gorgeous crochet flowers are from a friend over on UK Scrappers. (There is a link to her site where you can purchase the flowers on a previous post).

Blackburn Rovers/Elzybells

Yeah, I know it's almost identical to a card I posted last week, but today my team beat our Premier League neighbours 3-2, so I'm allowed to post another Rovers card to celebrate!

Distress Inks Backgrounds

Here are 2 very similar cards made with Tim Holtz' Distress Ink Pads. The technique is widely known, but I have detailed it in a previous post. The stamp is by Penny Black - I bought it recently at Topaz Crafts at a bargain 40% off!

Made this card at the request of a friend. The stamp is a Gorjuss Girl from Sugar Nellie. Papers are various from my stash.

Elzybells Footballer

Ok, there seems to be a footbal theme going on here! The stamp is from Elzybells. The blue card is Core'dinations. Footballs is a stamp which has 3 different balls on - not sure what make it is, but it's really useful. The boy is coloured (once again) in the colours of my local team Blackburn Rovers.

Mercurial Vapors (Boots to me and you!)

Here's the card I made for my son's 17th birthday last week. The card is a copy of his latest football boots. The boots are doing a good job as he scored 3 goals today!
